So Jean, you said in one of the books that if you’re thinking about food, that might be a clue that you need to eat. For me, a “1” is when the thought of food pops into my head. (Followed shortly by the realization that I haven’t thought of food in a couple of hours! Cool!)
So you’re saying that’s the very best time to eat?
I have noticed that once I get passed about a 2-3 I go from sort of hungry to FEED ME OR DIE!!! pretty fast.
