Hello everybody! :-)

I?m heading out to the States, Kansas, in three weeks for two years. I?ve never been there, but I heard it?s the kingdom of delicious tempting fat and sugary fast foods.
I would need advice about “safe” places to eat or what should I look after in a supermarket. I don?t want to count calories, but I?d like to make good choices.
Thanks a lot.

:D
